Windsor Tower Hotel - Rio de Janeiro

I recently stayed at this hotel for a relaxing getaway, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic—just two blocks from the beach and surrounded by great food and drink options. The views from the 18th-floor pool area are amazing, and the poolside bar is perfect for enjoying a fruit platter with iced coffee. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if I needed anything.

I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed the excellent atmosphere and friendliness of the staff, and the beach is only a short walk away, making it easy for me to explore Rio's vibrant scenes on foot.

I stayed for a weekend getaway, and it couldn’t have been better. The room was cozy and well appointed, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh options and made-to-order omelets. The stunning views from the 18th floor pool were a highlight. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, even upgrading my room for my birthday!

The room was pretty functional, not super fancy but kept super clean. Air conditioning worked great even if it was a bit noisy. Loved that it had a TV with Netflix since it rained a lot. The views from the higher floors were cool, especially from the pool area. Comfy for sure!

I loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and unwinding in the sauna after a long day. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it didn't ruin the overall experience 👍

Check with the front desk about free poolside towels before heading out. It's an overlooked perk that can enhance your stay.

More resting chairs in the pool area would be appreciated!!! A kettle and coffee station in the room would enhance the stay significantly too. It's inconvenient to have to request hot water or walk to the restaurant for it!!!

Amazing amenities and helpful staff

I had a lovely four-night stay, just two blocks from the beach. The pool on the 18th floor offers fine views, and the breakfast was abundant with a variety of choices. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. I would have preferred more entertainment options on rainy days.

The rooftop pool had an amazing view, and the sauna was perfect after a day out. The cleaning staff ensured my room was super clean every day, and I loved the convenient gym facilities.

Just two blocks from the beach, along with the friendly staff and great breakfast choices. One downside was the chilly dining room, but the amenities on the 18th floor outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Loved the location, only a short walk to the beach! The room had a nice view (not sea, but still pretty). Staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was great. One thing to note is they charge for things like hot water, which I thought was kinda unnecessary.

Just a solid selection for a quick stopover in Rio de Janeiro with excellent value for money. The staff was really helpful when we needed directions, made exploring the area much easier.

This venue offers excellent service with a very friendly and polite staff, a convenient location within walking distance to everything, and only 1 km from the airport.
